Your role

  • Be part of the team managing consultancy projects from start to finish, including customer contact, final presentations, and evaluations.
  • Analyze and question existing structures to help clients improve outcomes.
  • Develop new solutions by discussing insights within the team.
  • Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with clients to optimize processes.
  • Contribute your expertise in Supply Chain, IT, Digitalization, Processes, Project Management, Databases & ERP Systems.
  • Assist clients in process optimization and automation efforts.
  • Support implementation processes and create clear, structured documentation.

Your profile

  • You live in Vienna or you are willing to move to Vienna.
  • Passion to learn new things and dive deep into details.
  • Passion for consulting, strong analytical skills, and process-oriented thinking.
  • Full working proficiency in English and French
    • Additional working proficiency in Spanish is a very strong asset
    • Additional knowledge of German is an asset.
  • Enjoy direct customer interaction and a wide range of tasks.
  • High digital competence and tech-savviness.
  • A Master's degree (FH, University).
  • Willingness to travel 50-80% of the time for on-site client work. (usually Mon-Thu)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and team spirit.

Salary

For this position, we offer a starting salary of EUR 3,500 gross per month, plus a variable bonus component of 10%.
